		<description>Karabakh +Lachin-Kelbajar is the red line. No Armenian and especially not Serj Sarkissian will agree to it otherwise. And definitely not the leadership in Karabakh. Bako Sahakyan is fully aware by what&#039;s happening in the negotiations (Serj is in constant contact with him).

Don&#039;t expect a solution in the Karabakh problem this or next year.</description>
