On Sunday a parlimentary election was held in Yerevan to fill the seat previously held by pro-opposition businessman Khachatur Sukiasian. According to Central Election Commission statistics that were released before noon today, opposition challenger and firebrand opposition spokesman Nikol Pashinian is losing with 38.8 percent of the vote.
